Camping with grandma

So grandma Annie was a brave soul this past Friday night and took on having five out of the eight grandchildren over for a camp out in the backyard. It looked like they had so much fun as Josh and I got to witness a bit of the chaos. There were glow sticks, a fire, an eight person tent, movies, smores, hot dogs, sleeping bags, flashlights, and lots 'n lots of playtime. Aren't grandmas the best?!

The boys and their glow stick weapons of choice.

The girls with their wands.
The whole crew.

Dinner! Chips, watermelon, and hot dogs. What more could you want?

The girls spent a lot of their time playing with grandma's fairy castle and being pestered by the boys.

Smore time, the Casebolt kids weren't to interested which only meant more for us!

All tucked in for the night. I heard Anthony and Ben were the night owls and were up much later then the other three. Let's just say we had one tired little guy in the morning -- by noon he was asking to go to bed. I have a feeling it was totally worth it though.

The lady of the hour. Hope she got a little sleep.
Thanks mom for all the fun memories you are making for our kids. They sure do love their grandma!
