Yesterday we celebrated my mom' s birthday. Our group present to her was to give her a complete bathroom makeover. I was going to post a picture of the bathroom before we got to work on it but thought it better that we all forget that image. Instead here is the finished product after a long hard day of work.
While Josh was busy working in the bathroom redoing floors, painting walls and refinishing cabinets I was put in charge of keeping the boys happy. For those of you who don't know these are two of our new nephews, my sister Jessa's twin boys, and definitely two bundles of joy. My job was a little more relaxing than Josh's but that didn't keep me from falling asleep first last night.
All in all it was
a great day filled with hard work and celebration. By the end of it we were all ready to relax and spend the evening sitting in the shade and enjoying a bit of angel food cake.
