The Lion King

We took Anthony to a free showing of Disney's the Lion King last Friday at an old theater here in Moscow. I was hoping it would make a good family outing as well as introduce the little guy to the excitement of watching movies on the big screen. The beginning was a little iffy as Anthony burst into tears and kept saying "no movie, no movie". To be honest I thought we were going to have to walk out but once the music began and all the animals started to appear the kid was hooked and actually sat through the entire film. Sadly this was the only shot I got of him entranced by the movie.
